Aquacise is a cardio workout ideal for muscle toning and fat burning without stress and impact on muscles and joints. This is a low impact class catering for a wide range of abilities. It is also suitable for beginners, rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.



Challenge yourself to HydroFit - a high energy class with motivated instructors and pumping music. Classes are held during summer.

If you suffer from ongoing joint or muscular pain, have mental illness, are overweight, or currently pre or post natal then Green Health and Wellness can help you. Ask your doctor, nurse, midwife, physiotherapist, or Sport Waikato for a referral letter or Green Prescription and start enjoying exercise at a discounted rate.

Little Swimmer Sessions 

Little swimmer

Little Swimmer sessions are a great way for under 5’s to develop water safety skills and a love for swimming in a safe environment. No instructor and no pressure - just fun in the water with our instructional guides and toys.
