Aquacise

Aquacise is a cardio workout ideal for muscle toning and fat burning without stress and impact on muscles and joints. This is a low impact class catering for a wide range of abilities. It is also suitable for beginners, rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.

Classes are 45 minutes and run by an instructor who will assist with motivation and technique.

 

Session times 

Matamata ( Not available under level 2 restrictions)

Monday - 9.15am

Wednesday - 9.15am

Friday - 9.15am

 

Te Aroha ( No classes are available.  Swim Zone Te Aroha is currently closed for painting)

Thursday - 10am (This class is not run during school holidays)

 

Morrinsville ( Limited spaces available under level 2 restrictions.  Phone  8897295 to secure your spot)

Tuesday: 10am

Thursday: 10am
