Swim Zone Matamata If you're heading to Swim Zone Matamata this week please be aware that council is closing sections of Meura Street so that an arborist can safely prune the trees. This will be done in two stages. On Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 August, Meura Street will be closed from Tamihana Street to Tui Street. The western side of the footpath in this section will also be closed. The eastern side of the footpath, where the entrance to Matamata Domain is, will remain open. On Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 August, Meura Street will be closed from Tui Street to Broadway. This time the eastern side of the footpath (where our entrance is) will be closed while the western side will remain open. You will still be able to access Swim Zone Matamata, but may need to park elsewhere. |
